В Москве с погоней и стрельбой задержали водителя без пропуска (ВИДЕО)

Инспекторы ГИБДД задержали на шоссе Энтузиастов 26-летнего водителя автомобиля Hyundai Solaris без пропуска, разрешающего передвигаться по Москве в условиях режима самоизоляции. Как сообщается на сайте ГУ МВД России по Москве, сотрудники ГИБДД попытались остановить автомобиль с символикой такси для проверки документов, но водитель не выполнил требование и уехал, вынудив полицейских начать погоню.

“Во время движения водитель неоднократно нарушил Правила дорожного движения, создавая угрозу жизни и здоровью других участников дорожного движения. Правонарушитель был неоднократно предупрежден о применении табельного огнестрельного оружия, в случае непрекращения противоправных действий. Однако мужчина, находившийся за рулем автомобиля, на указанные требования не реагировал и продолжал дальнейшее движение. После неоднократных попыток пресечения дальнейшего движения иномарки патрульными автомобилями инспектором был произведен предупредительный выстрел вверх, но водитель вновь продолжил движение”, – говорится в сообщении ведомства.

После этого инспектор несколько раз выстрелил по машине нарушителя – одна из пуль попала в колесо, и водитель вынужден был остановиться. Во время задержания выяснилось, что в салоне также находился знакомый водителя, а оба они оказались выходцами из ближнего зарубежья.

На водителя были составлены протоколы об административных правонарушениях, предусмотренных статьями 19.3 КоАП (“Неповиновение законному распоряжению сотрудника полиции), 12.25 КоАП (“Невыполнение требований об остановки транспортного средства”), а также 7 материалов по части 1 статьи 12.12 (“Проезд на запрещающий сигнал светофора”). Также в отношении водителя и пассажира составили материалы по части 2 статьи 3.18.1 КоАП Москвы (“Нарушение требований нормативных правовых актов города Москвы, направленных на введение и обеспечение режима повышенной готовности на территории города Москвы”).

“В отношении водителя судом избрана мера пресечения в виде административного ареста сроком на 5 суток. Автомобиль был эвакуирован в Отдел МВД России по району Лефортово города Москвы”, – отметили в ГУВД.

Напомним, из-за эпидемии коронавируса, с 22 апреля в Москве действует автоматическая проверка цифровых пропусков, необходимых для совершения поездок по городу на общественном, личном и служебном транспорте. Остановить машину и проверить пропуск в ручном режиме у водителя и пассажиров могут инспекторы ГИБДД и МАДИ. Водитель за отсутствие пропуска получит штраф в 5 тыс. рублей, пассажир – в 4 тыс. рублей. Если во время проверки обнаружится водитель, который должен находиться на карантине, его увезут на скорой, а машину эвакуируют.
