Процедура получения водительских удостоверений новичками в России изменится весной следующего года. В частности, два практических экзамена – «площадку» и «город» – объединят в один этап по проверке навыков вождения. Эта идея появилась у МВД ещё в 2018 году: в итоге законодатели решили часть упражнений из «площадки» перенести в этап «город». Предложение было раскритиковано многими ведомствами, в том числе за нечёткое описание упражнений, которые придётся выполнить кандидатам для успешной сдачи экзамена. Теперь появилась уточнённая редакция этого документа.
О новой версии регламента сдачи экзаменов и получения водительских удостоверений сообщает «Коммерсант». Этот документ был доработан после общественного обсуждения. Теперь в ведомстве дополнили текст подробным описанием действий, которых ждут от кандидатов в водители.
Согласно новым правилам, при сдаче экзамена в ГИБДД на права категории B по-прежнему требуется проверка умения трогаться на подъёме или спуске. Это испытание будет проходить на «закрытой территории» с наклонным участком (либо на эстакаде с уклоном от 8 до16%). При этом экзаменуемому нужно поставить машину на подъёме, зафиксировать её с помощью «ручника», а после этого тронуться в гору без использования рабочего тормоза. Затем водитель, проехав определённое расстояние, должен остановиться, зафиксировать машину уже на спуске, а после снова тронуться. Упражнение зачтётся, если кандидат справился со всем самостоятельно, то есть для предотвращения отката не потребовалось вмешательство экзаменатора.
В обновлённой версии регламента указано, что проверка умения будущих водителей парковать машину в бокс можно выполнять на улице с малоинтенсивным движением на обычных парковочных местах. Однако если таковых нет, то испытание кандидатов следует, как и сейчас, проводить на закрытых площадках (для этого потребуется выставить конусы).
Таким же образом экзаменуемые должны сдать ещё два упражнения – «параллельная парковка» и «заезд в бокс задним ходом». То есть для этого должны быть использованы либо незагруженные улицы, либо закрытые площадки. Как отмечает издание, во всех перечисленных случаях решение о месте тестирования будет принимать местное экзаменационное подразделение ГИБДД.По словам президента Межрегиональной ассоциации автошкол Татьяны Шутылевой, по новым правилам сдать на права кандидатам будет легче. Так, экзаменуемым на категорию В больше не надо будет сдавать «Змейку» и «Повороты на 90 градусов». Кроме того, снижены требования к выполнению упражнений «параллельная парковка» и «заезд в бокс», так, нужно, чтобы автомобиль просто оказался внутри парковочного места (не важно под каким углом к бордюру).
Судя по документу, максимальная продолжительность экзамена выросла на 10 минут (до 50 минут). Дольше всех сдавать на права придётся тем, кто открывает категорию C1E (то есть планирует водить лёгкий грузовик с прицепом общей массой до 12 тонн) и D1E (автобус с грузовым прицепом той же общей массой). Испытания для тех, кто желает получить права категории B (для управления «легковушками») даётся 30 минут.
Кроме того, в тексте имеется уточнение о том, что если во время экзамена учебная машина вышла из строя, после возобновления теста кандидатам не придётся повторять уже пройденные упражнения. В случае, если ведомство примет решение об аннулировании прав (такое возможно, к примеру, если выяснится, что медицинская справка является поддельной), водителя уведомят об этом в течение пяти дней.

vier Faktoren führten dazu, dass die Wiesbadener Innenstadt heute ein sehr einheitliches Erscheinungsbild bietet, dessen Gebäude fast alle dem Klassizismus, Historismus und Jugendstil zuzurechnen sind (siehe auch Kurarchitektur).
Von den 26 Bezirken zählen sechs zur Kernstadt Wiesbaden-Alt, die übrigen 20 wurden für die
seit 1926 eingegliederten Gemeinden gebildet.
Jeder Ortsbezirk hat einen Ortsbeirat unter dem Vorsitz eines Ortsvorstehers.
Der Großteil der unbebauten Fläche der Stadt gehört zum Landschaftsschutzgebiet
der Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden. Dazu gehören die etwa 5800 ha umfassenden stadtnahen Wälder und Waldrandgebiete.
