Инициатор пояснил, что в Москве автомобилями пользуются примерно 100 тыс. инвалидов (всего в городе насчитывается порядка 1,1 млн людей с ограниченными возможностями, а в России в целом – 10,8 млн человек). Сведения о гражданах РФ, имеющих группу инвалидности, с 1 июля 2020 года собирается в Федеральном реестре инвалидов, сюда же вносятся данные об автомобиле (после этого можно пользоваться льготой). Как сообщает «Коммерсант» со ссылкой на данные Минтруда, на момент начала текущего месяца информацию о машинах в систему добавили свыше 160 тыс. граждан.
