В РФ было проведено исследование остаточной стоимости трёхлетних машин, относящихся как к массовому, так и к премиальному сегменту.

Исследование вторичного авторынка России провели компании «Автостат Инфо» и «Правильная Цена». По его итогам эксперты узнали, сколько потеряли в цене за три последних года те автомобили, которые перепродаются сейчас. Также они выяснили, какие из моделей являются самыми ликвидными. Судя по полученным результатам, за три года эксплуатации автомобиль массового сегмента в среднем теряет в цене около 26% (за год в массовом сегменте значение остаточной стоимости сократилось всего на 0,4 процентных пункта).

Если говорить о подержанных автомобилях премиального сегмента, за три последних года они потеряли в среднем примерно 30% от своей изначальной стоимости. Если же сравнивать с прошлым годом, то остаточная стоимость моделей класса премиум стала меньше на 0,7 процентных пункта.

По мнению экспертов, выравнивание значения остаточной стоимости обеспечивают планомерный рост цен на новые автомобили, а также коррекция остаточной стоимости на модели, переоценённые в кризисный 2014 год. При этом в третьем квартале 2020-го был зафиксирован ощутимый дефицит на новые машины, из-за чего остаточные стоимости продемонстрировали ещё более заметное снижение по отношению к значениям предыдущего года.

Как сообщает «РГ» со ссылкой на исследование, если смотреть в целом, в массовом сегменте по ликвидности лидируют автомобили корейских брендов. За три года эксплуатации они сохраняют 79,51% от своей изначальной стоимости. Среди премиальных машин на первом месте расположились представители японских марок (72,9%). На вторую строку в рейтинге ликвидности в «масс-маркете» вышли европейские марки (78,72%), а на третьем находятся японские бренды (75,36%). В премиальном сегменте «серебро» у американских моделей (71,97%), а «бронзу» завоевали европейские (68,85%).

По мнению Сергея Бургазлиева, независимого консультанта по индустрии «Автомобили и транспорт», в 2020-ом рынок подержанных автомобилей оказался «перегрет». Он предполагает, что в следующем году объём рынка сократится, при этом цены на автомобили не снизятся. А ликвидность трёхлетних автомобилей, вероятно, повысится, особенно в премиальном сегменте.

Независимый эксперт Юрий Елистратов считает, что в краткосрочном периоде (с учётом роста цен на новые автомобили) рынок машин с пробегом в дальнейшем будет демонстрировать умеренный ценовой рост: по прогнозам, в 2021 году он составит около 5-8%.
