В Ростовской области проходит строительство очередного обхода населённого пункта на пути следования от центра России до черноморских курортов.
Одной из наиболее востребованных платных трасс в стране остаётся М-4 «Дон», она находится в доверительном управлении госкомпании «Автодор». Эта скоростная дорога знакома тем автомобилистам, которые на личных машинах добираются до морского побережья в РФ. При этом путь к местным курортам продолжают постепенно улучшать: строятся новые участки, расширяются имеющиеся дороги, появляются новые транспортные развязки. Сейчас в Автодоре, в частности, заняты строительством обхода города Аксая (Ростовская область).
Пятый этап строительства обхода Аксая обещает стать одним из самых сложных в рамках не только этого проекта, но и в развитии трассы М-4 в регионе в целом. Проблема – в довольно сложных гидрогеологических условиях в этом месте, а также в большом количестве инженерных сооружений, которые предстоит построить подрядчику. Так, из-за близости к водоёмам требуется создание комплексной системы водоотводов по ходу трассы (речь идёт о водопропускных трубах, дренажно-оросительных системах, дождеприёмных колодцах, локальных очистительных сооружениях и т.д.). Помимо этого, строители проведут полную замену грунтов и армирование земляного полотна, обустроят необходимый стабилизационный слой на 19-километровом участке.
В рамках проекта будет построен четырёхполосный скоростной участок, которому присвоят техническую категорию IA. Его протяженность составит 36 км, в состав должны войти мосты через реки Дон и Аксай, три транспортных развязки со съездами, путепроводами и пешеходными переходами. Узлы появятся на пересечении с имеющемся участком трассы М-4 «Дон» (на 1072 километре) и с дорогами «Подъезд к Новочеркасску» (на 1038 км), а также «Аксай – Большой Лог – Новочеркасск» (на 1051 км). Кроме того, будут построены пункт взимания платы (проезжую часть расширят с 4 до 22 полос), малые мостовые переходы через Монастырское озеро и реку Черкасскую, различные путепроводы и т.д.
Строительство обхода Аксая, согласно документам, будет завершено до конца 2024 года. В итоге этот новый участок поможет автомобилистам сократить время в пути, двигаясь от Москвы в Сочи или в обратном направлении. Предполагается, что максимально допустимая скорость движения на данном отрезке платной трассы будет равна 130 км/ч. К тому же, новый обход впоследствии позволит вывести поток транзитных автомобилей за пределы населённого пункта Аксай.
По итогам объявленного в августе конкурса на проведение работ на пятом этапе строительства обхода Аксая подрядчиком было выбрано ООО «Трансстроймеханизация». Это дочерняя компания ПАО «Мостотрест», принадлежащего Аркадию Ротенбергу. Кстати, он также намерен заниматься проектом другой платной трассы – М-12, которая пройдёт от Москвы до Казани. Кстати, эта скоростная автодорога тоже должна быть готова к открытию в 2024 году, она войдёт в состав международного транспортного коридора «Европа – Западный Китай», который пройдёт от Гамбурга (Германия) до Шанхая (КНР).
Сейчас на месте первого и второго этапов строительства обхода Аксая продолжаются работы по устройству слоёв дорожной одежды, возведению транспортной развязки «Сальское кольцо». Совокупная протяжённость реконструируемого участка равна 17,1 км. Следующий 3 этап обхода походит по 12-километровому отрезку пути с 1024-го по 1036 км. В ходе реконструкции будет построен путепровод через улицу Советскую (в станице Грушевской Аксайского района) и мост через реку Тузлов в прямом направлении (в Сочи). В марте 2020-го на участке было завершено строительство путепровода и моста в обратном направлении, движение по ним уже открыто.
Всё это в итоге позволит повысить пропускную способность трассы. Напомним, летом текущего года на трассе М-4 «Дон» открылся долгожданный обход двух населённых пунктов в Воронежской области – села Лосево и города Павловска. Раньше маршрут М-4 проходил по двухполосной дороге через них, поэтому в этом месте нередко собирались многочасовые пробки. Теперь эта проблема решена.
