Definition CE 04 в общем повторяет дизайн прототипа BMW Motorrad Concept Link. Так, мотоцикл оснащается удлинённым, низким кузовом и диагонально поднимающейся передней частью. Кроме того, электрический скутер обладает двухцветной ливреей, а ещё фонарями с U-образным дизайном спереди и С-образным видом сзади.
В новинке специалисты немецкой компании установили плоскую батарею в нижней части кузова, что освобождает место для хранения сбоку. Низкое расположение плоской батареи, в частности, способствует более низкому центру тяжести. Новый байк также получил 10,25-дюймовый экран с возможностью подключения смартфона.
