Официальные продажи Kia Sorento четвёртого поколения стартовали в России 15 октября, но клиенты стали договариваться с дилерами о покупке загодя: оформляли предзаказы, вносили предоплату и ждали, когда можно будет забрать новинку — благо собранные на «Автоторе» кроссоверы заранее привезли к дилерам, то есть договоры заключались на живые машины, которые можно было посмотреть и пощупать.
Накануне официального старта продаж дилеры связались с покупателями и сообщили им спущенную «сверху» (то есть из представительства Kia) печальную новость: уже имеющиеся на складах дизельные Sorento клиентам отдавать нельзя, заказы принимать только на бензиновые модификации. В чём причина задержки, дилеры не сообщали — мол, сами не знаем, ждём дальнейших известий и распоряжений.
Газета «Авторевю» 24 октября опубликовала комментарий «Киа Моторс Россия и СНГ», в котором говорится, что задержка связана с непредвиденно высоким спросом на эту модель, и что с 5 октября на неё собрано более двух тысяч предзаказов.
Этот комментарий вполне объясняет, почему дилерам предписали не принимать новые заказы на дизельные Sorento, но не объясняет, почему дилеры не отдают покупателям уже имеющиеся на складах машины. Более того, многие из этих машин уже прошли предпродажную подготовку, их снабдили оговоренным с клиентами дополнительным оборудованием — казалось бы, садись и езжай. Но нельзя, не дают. Стало быть дело не в спросе или по крайней мере не только в нём.
Редакция Kolesa.ru отправила письмо в «Киа Моторс Россия и СНГ» 24 октября, в нём мы задали четыре конкретных вопроса, опираясь на данные, полученные от клиентов и из открытых источников:
1) Сколько Sorento 2020 с дизельным двигателем было передано покупателям?2) Правда ли то, что невыдача машин вызвана дефектом автомобилей?3) Правда ли, что этот дефект — проблема с программным обеспечением блока управления двигателем?4) Правда ли, что дилерам запрещено запускать двигатели у дизельных машин?Только сегодня мы получили следующий ответ:«Киа Моторс Россия и СНГ информирует о задержке в передаче Kia Sorento 4-го поколения покупателям, в связи с проведением дополнительной инспекции для первой партии автомобилей, произведенных в России. Это добровольное решение продиктовано нашей заботой об интересах клиентов и стремлением обеспечить высочайший уровень качества модели нового поколения. Мы рассчитываем в ближайшее время нормализовать ситуацию с выдачей новых Kia Sorento 4-го поколения и еще раз приносим извинения всем, кого затронула эта ситуация».То есть ни на один из заданных вопросов ответа не получено. Ясно только, что-то пошло не так, и компания пытается это исправить.
Справедливости ради заметим, что отсутствие чёткой информации по выявленному дефекту (если такой, конечно, имел место) — это далеко не всегда попытка замолчать проблему.
